Our Mission is to acquire top-most female talent in India. Women who are qualified but are unable to utilise their skills due to domestic situation, family or society pressure. Our aim to give opportunity to all qualified women who are willing to join us as a ‘Remote Employee’. We will treat them as an in-office employee at Softbazaar. Women can work for us from home based on their availability/ flexitime as long as the work gets delivered. The Career Portal will be launched shortly to run the program.
